Beef Steak Chinese-Style (Paleo, Gluten-Free)

This is my third baby and I can’t for the life of me remember at what point I should be have the baby’s clothing, sleeping space and hospital bags ready. At this point if Michael Jr arrives, he is going to snooze in a drawer wearing some pink onesies. At least he will have diapers. We never run out of those while using cloth.

So, this is more a note to myself than anything that I need to spend a bit more time on preparing for this baby. Today, I procrastinated and cooked a bunch of things instead. One of these is my all-time favorite beef dish – Beef Steak Chinese-Style. In a restaurant, this would be served on a sizzling platter to much fanfare. I do not own one of those but the dish is still just as tasty!

Start with marinating some quality cut steak pieces for 4 hours.
